Roles & Responsibility
As part of the Accounts team, I handle invoice processing and reconciliation using Tally and accounting software. I check invoices received on mail, reconcile them, and maintain proper documentation on shared drives. I resolve disputes such as GST issues or amount mismatches by coordinating with hotels or vendors through calls and emails. I also take follow-ups on pending invoices and refunds to ensure smooth financial operations.
