Provide first –level support for SAP MM users, resolving issue related to purchase requisitions(PR), purchase order(PO), GR/IR and inventory transactions. Assisted end users with T-codes such as ME21N, ME22N, MIGO, MIRO, MSC1N. Performed initial analysis of SAP MM errors and functional issues, escalating to L2/L3 teams when required. Created user manuals, SOPs and quick reference guides for common transactions and error handling. Conducted basic training sessions for new users on SAP MM processes and navigation. Acted as a bridge between business users and SAP functional/technical teams to ensure smooth issue resolution. Maintained and updated daily production and dispatch reports using MS Excel, ensuring accurate tracking of material movement and output.
