Conduct field visits to acquire new customers and generate leads for loan products (personal, business, consumer finance) Explain product features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers Collect and verify KYC documents and ensure accurate application submission Perform on-ground customer verification (residence/business checks) as per company policy Build and maintain relationships with local agents, dealers, and channel partners for lead generation Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets Follow up with customers for loan processing, approval, and disbursement Handle EMI collections and ensure timely repayment from customers Identify potential risks and report fraudulent or suspicious cases

Supervise daily cash operations and ensure accurate handling of cash transactions Monitor and manage a team of cashiers, ensuring efficiency and discipline Verify cash balances at the start and end of shifts and resolve any discrepancies Approve high-value transactions and handle escalated customer issues Ensure proper cash handling procedures and compliance with company policies Maintain records of cash inflow/outflow and prepare daily financial reports Coordinate with accounts and management for cash audits and reconciliations Ensure availability of sufficient cash and manage cash deposits to banks Train and guide new cashiers on systems, processes, and customer service standards Handle refunds, cancellations, and adjustments as per policy
