My responsibilities encompass the oversight of Phase IV (Post-Marketing Surveillance) projects, with a focus on ensuring strict adherence to ICH GCP guidelines across all operational facets, including adverse event reporting, Pharmacovigilance activities, patient enrollment, and subsequent follow-up procedures.
