Actively involved in Process Safety Management (PSM) Implementation, hazard identification, and procedure standardization. Assisted in workplace safety programs, PPE compliance monitoring, and unsafe act/condition reporting. Gained theoretical and observational knowledge of overall plant operations including fermentation, distillation, blending, and bottling processes.

Gained understanding of ETP operations, including wastewater collection, neutralization, flocculation, filtration, RO, and sludge handling. Observed process plants such as PCL₃, CODEX, BIOCELL, and solvent recovery units to understand unit operations and process flow. Learned basics of utility systems including boilers, cooling towers, chillers, nitrogen plant, and water systems.

Gained hands-on experience in preparation and interpretation of P&ID drawings, both manually and using ZWCAD software. Assisted in the sales and proposal engineering team for preparation of technical offers and basic project costing. Worked on equipment-related documentation, drawings, and process understanding for chemical plant projects.
