Cross queue knowledge (DSS and GCORR Queue) Working for leading US based bank Capital one. In DSS queues, where we add attorneys, remove attorneys , making cases and deceases, and in GCORR (Genaral Correspondence) we handle customers general requests like adding addresses, changing names etc. Cease communications as per customers request.
