This role is offering me an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the waste management sector, particularly focusing on sustainability practices and ESG integration. My key responsibilities include: -Assisting in drafting ESG policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks -Aligning our manual with global standards like GRI, IFC Performance Standards, and BRSR -Collaborating across ESG, EHS, and operations teams to embed ESG into core processes -Supporting data collection and performance tracking of key ESG metrics -Developing SOPs, process flow diagrams, and impact assessments for landfill biomining -Preparing insightful reports, case studies, and presentations -Conducting field visits for on-ground process mapping and team engagement
