Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each position. Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse sectors including renewable energy, power, BFSI, and IT industries — from requisition to on boarding. Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent through job portals, social media, professional networks and employee referrals. Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate’s communication skills, experience, and cultural fit. Review resumes and applications to assess candidate’s qualifications and suitability for the position.
