▪️Define product technical requirements and ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and industry codes (IEC, UL, CSA). ▪️Lead engineering projects related to Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB) portfolio improvements. ▪️Evaluate and optimise manufacturing processes, materials, and assembly sequences to improve quality and reduce costs. ▪️Analyse product and component performance using tools like Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) and statistical data methods. ▪️Conduct qualification, verification, and validation tests to confirm that MCBs meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards. ▪️Work with supply chain, quality, and factory teams to ensure smooth transfer from engineering to mass production. ▪️Use CAD software and data mangement.
