Program Implementation & Execution 2. Policy Rollout: Lead the on-the-ground execution of state and national education programs, aligning them with frameworks like the National Education Policy (NEP). 3. Infrastructure & Resources: Oversee the setup and integration of digital classrooms, libraries, and STEM labs in assigned schools. 2-Teacher Training & Academic Support 1.Master Training: Act as a Master Trainer to facilitate capacity-building workshops and peer-learning sessions for educators. 2.Pedagogical Guidance: Provide on-site technical support to teachers, assessing the need for instructional improvements. 3.Classroom Observation: Conduct routine visits to monitor lesson delivery, offer feedback, and ensure quality teaching standards are met. 3- Stakeholder & Community Engagement 1.Government Liaison: Build and maintain strong working relationships with District and Block Education Officers. 2.Community Mobilization: Partner with School Management Committees (SMCs), parents, and village leaders to improve student attendance and community involvement. 3.Awareness Campaigns: Organize workshops, career awareness sessions, and scholarship guidance programs for students. 4- Monitoring, Evaluation & Data Management 1.Data Collection: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as student attendance and learning outcomes. 2.Progress Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly qualitative impact reports for state leadership and funding agencies.
