I began my Learning & Development journey at Accuteen Business Solutions, where I built a strong foundation in facilitation and adult learning principles. I further deepened my expertise at IBM, strengthening my capabilities in content design, coaching and learning delivery. As I progressed, I recognized the natural intersection of L&D with Talent Management and broader HR domains, which led me to pursue a certification in HR from IIM Shilong to expand both depth and breadth in the field. Over the years, I have worked across global and India-based roles, delivering impactful initiatives in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organization Development, and Change Management, driving measurable outcomes in retention, engagement, and employer branding. Currently, as Assistant Manager in the Global Talent Development function at a leading IT services organization, I continue to design and scale learning solutions that address diverse business needs while strengthening organizational capability and workforce readiness.
