Back Office Executive – IT Department Responsible for managing and updating vehicle status through the RDN portal, ensuring timely communication with agents regarding repossessed and pending repossession vehicles. Prepare and maintain accurate conditional reports to support vehicle tracking and decision-making processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data entry and reporting workflows, enhancing operational efficiency and accuracy in vehicle management. Maintain data integrity and confidentiality while supporting IT-driven back-office functions.
