Managing core recruitment processes, including interviews, onboarding, shortlisting, finalizing candidates, documentation, introductions, training, development, reporting, joining formalities, leaving formalities, engagement activities, celebrations, and weekly/monthly activities. Maintain and update employee records using SAP HR and Excel. Coordinate with the payroll team for timely and accurate processing. Monitor attendance, leaves, and time management through biometric and manual systems. Organize and conduct employee engagement initiatives and induction programs. Ensure compliance with statutory and company HR policies. Liaise with various departments to address HR-related queries and provide necessary support.
