Manage branch operations including SOD & COD, daily checklist submission, key and safe key control, and fixed asset and stationery management. Ensure regulatory compliance with branch displays, complaint boxes, and notice boards. Maintain branch hygiene and registers. Process loan disbursements, preclosures, and monitor penny drop & NEFT rejects. Oversee cash registers and print CDS for loan officers. Conduct 90+ DPD and OD customer calls, handle walk-in customer services including MATM withdrawals and insurance claims. Act on communications from HO/supervisors and track service tickets via Service One.
