I've learned to stay calm during Diwali chaos, maintain 90%+ CSAT even when things get messy, I also write product descriptions, manage vendor relationships, and handle basic Instagram management. What I'm good at: organizing chaos, following up relentlessly, talking to customers like real people, and making sure no one's left hanging. What I enjoy: fast-paced environments, cross-functional work, learning new tools, and roles where I can actually see the impact of my work.
