As a Cashier in the Operations department, you will manage cashiering functions including receiving and addressing inquiries from employees and customers, ensuring resolution aligns with supervisory guidance. Serve as a liaison between management and staff, acting as a subject matter expert with comprehensive knowledge of operational processes. Support colleagues by providing backup coverage as needed. Monitor reports and KPIs to identify and maintain consistent card trends. Assist management with mergers and acquisitions, balance deposit and ledger accounts, ensure compliance with card mandates and regulations, and collaborate with the fraud team to review trends and implement mitigation strategies.
