As a Manual Test Engineer with 3.6+ years of experience in the eCommerce and Gaming domains, I am responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of web and mobile applications through comprehensive functional, regression, smoke, and UI testing. I collaborate closely with Agile teams, leveraging tools like Jira and TestRail for test case management and defect tracking, and follow SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle processes to maintain high standards. My role also includes performing backend validations using SQL, conducting basic API testing with Postman, and providing clear, detailed bug reports. With strong communication and teamwork skills, I work to identify issues early, ensure timely resolutions, and deliver reliable, user-friendly software products.
