Role: • My Job at this position and My Space also was a preopening Hotel. I have experience of one preopening Hotels now including the Hotel 14th Avenue cafe and restro Srinagar Jammu Kashmir. • I was responsible to open the Hotel as per the brand specification check list with department preopening checklist. • Starting from set up of Brand signages, restaurant, room signage’s, software installation, set up of all F&B departments. • Department procurement checklist, staff hiring, training, corporate Bank tie up, Uniform purchase, Hotel registration at OTA’s etc. At the same time did the first setup of pre-opening Hotel budget. • Responsible for month end reports starting from P&L, Hotel Manager reports, Business source report. • Planning to increase revenue through different methods like room revenue management/yield management. • My space is at 2nd ranking at Trip Advisor in just four months after opening the Hotel. Ratings & reviews are excellent at all OTA’s • Work & discuss on daily operational report, Budgeted figures, Guest feedback reports, and Courtesy call reports. • Ensure promotions activities are done to improve sales in various food & beverage / Accommodation areas • Cost control, upgrading of man management, approving requests and performing day today administrative task. • Ensure that the brand standards as well as the service standards are being followed up and also regular trainings are happening in all the departments • Serve as primary liaison with Hotel owners & corporate entities. • Analysis local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads. Work closely with the Sales Team to identify and drive focused activities on elements of the business that require additional support Sales. • Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs Attend Sales events, as required
