Position Title: Residence Manager
Job Purpose:
To oversee and manage the daily operations of the residence, ensuring smooth functioning of household services, staff management, and hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise household staff (drivers, housekeeping, chefs, security, etc.) and ensure high standards of service.
• Manage residence budgets, expenses, and vendor contracts.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the property, vehicles, and equipment.
• Plan and oversee household events, guest arrangements, and hospitality.
• Ensure security protocols and safety measures are followed.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and oversee procurement.
• Handle confidential and personal requirements of the family with discretion.
