During my internship, I actively worked on cold calling and lead generation for 20 days. After performing well, I was assigned a CRM ID to handle filtered leads. Within 2 weeks, I successfully generated 15 fresh client visits, out of which 3 visits were converted into deals. My responsibilities included prospecting, sourcing leads, documentation, client follow-ups, and assisting in closing deals. This experience enhanced my skills in communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management, while also boosting my confidence and professional growth.
