• Minimize customer complaints persub by constantly improving process delivery
• Designing Process Audit Framework and Execution Guideline at last mile level
• Execution of Quality Audits through third party QA Partner Own team as applicable
• Improving the skillset of field manpower to bring in Multi Skillset based working culture
• Analyze the customer complaints for variances and initiating corrective actions - productservices
• Establishment of the CAPABLE TEAM of field staff in order to generate customer Loyalty to our brand, by offering
superior services in the life cycle of customer engagement
• Ensure availability ofrecharge so that existing customers are adequately serviced
