Responsible for all activities of RMU and Panel Bus Bar fabrication. Responsible for daily Planning, monitoring and utilization of available Man, Machine, Material. Co-ordinate with internal department for effective working of manufacturing department. Responsible for handling, identification and storage of products in-process. Prepare training plan and give training to down level for improving their skill level. Daily production report updating and present to plant head/GM production. Responsible for machine maintenance and support to maintenance team for solves the problems

Overseeing all the operational activities of the plant (Press shop, Weld, Machine shop, Tool room, Plating, Powder coating). Continuously improving the quality of products to meet the set standards and customers requirements. Managing the performance of the team while ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Developing and implementing action plans for achieving production targets. Overseeing the hiring and training of operations staff to ensure an efficient workforce. Prepare and submit to upper management regular reports of plant operations. Ensure timely and effective delivery of goods to clients. Maintain accurate inventory and ensure proper storage of materials.

Responsible for all activities for weld shop, press shop, finishing section and tool room. Responsible for daily Planning, monitoring and utilization of available Man, Machine, Material. Co-ordinate with internal department for effective working of manufacturing department. Monitoring product non-conformities and establish CAPA for these NCs. Responsible for handling, identification and storage of products in-process & FG. Prepare training plan and give training to down level for improving their skill level. Daily MIS report updating and present to plant head/GM production. Responsible for Press tool & welding tooling maintenance

Responsible for achieving the target according production plan. Responsible for to maintain the in-process inspection and given the best quality to customer. Responsible for Die setting, machine setting according to plan. Maintain daily production record as per TS-16949 requirement. Responsible for KAIZEN implementation, 5 S and Waste elimination. Awareness given to operators for safety purpose in weld shop & press shop. Maintain the press & weld shop tooling on daily basis for better life. Responsible for to control the rejection & rework on daily basis and improve quality.

Responsible for daily m/c loading as per plan. To make daily production report. Awareness given to operator for handling machine, tools, 5S & Kaizen. Prepare daily rejection & rework report. Deployed the manpower according to their skill. Machine check sheet fill up on daily basis.
