Responsible for overseeing glass cutting and robotics operations, ensuring adherence to cutting parameters and optimal glass temperature. Monitor and maintain cutting equipment in excellent condition to minimize losses and quality issues. Promptly address and resolve cutting-related defects and annealing breaks with minimal impact. Conduct regular preventative maintenance on robots, identify anomalies, and implement timely corrections. Maintain strict quality control to prevent defects such as breakage, scratches, glue marks, and dimensional inaccuracies. Uphold workplace organization through consistent 5S practices in the stacking area to support efficient production.
