Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and dispatches. Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts. Minimize stock discrepancies, damages, and losses. Warehouse Operations Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. Ensure smooth coordination between logistics, procurement, and production teams. Implement best practices to improve operational efficiency. Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff. Prepare duty rosters and monitor staff performance. Enforce discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.Ensure all operations follow safety standards and legal requirements.
