My profile includes handling written/ verbal communication in consultation with President & CFO, maintaining upto date filing/ mailing list, inward/outward mail, preparation of letter/mail etc. Look after appointment/ travel desk of President & CFO, maintenance of important/confidential documents in proper manner to be produced on demand.
