I started as customer representative after 2 months promoted as supervisor under me there was 5 process of telecommunication company and I used handle calls regarding billing or service related query of agent and client handling and process improvements as well reporting of the improvement and daily productivity as well trained more than 100 agent for customer support and 4-5 to be supervisor or quality analyst

I started as customer support WFH then was switched to multiple return team and then I passed ijp and promoted as quality analyst
