Lead end-to-end operations for Doodhvale's entire last-mile delivery network, driving optimization in delivery routes, fleet utilization, and cost control to ensure seamless and cost-efficient customer service.. 2. Ops Matrix Tracking: Track and analyze operational metrics, Including D-set (Delivery Set) and C-set (Customer Set). 3. Escalation Management: Manage escalations and exceptions, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing impact on operations. 5.
