Designation: Floor Incharge Department: Pick-up of Grocery and Essential Items from Blinkit Partner Stores Responsibilities include overseeing the entire floor operations, ensuring efficient picking and packing of grocery and essential items. Conduct thorough floor clearance and quality control (QC) checks of all perishable articles to maintain product standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow, minimize errors, and ensure timely order fulfillment. Maintain inventory accuracy and uphold hygiene and safety protocols on the floor. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
