Preparing and compiling tendering documents for issuance of RFQ to Contractors/Vendors  Review and analysis of offers received and Prepare Commercial and technical Comparative statements  Involved in placing purchase Orders for Raw Materials, and Assets  Coordination with Accounts, Production, Quality for timely payment to Key parties/Vendors for Raw Material supply, Spares, Safety Materials and other admin related materials  Responsible for developing & negotiating with suppliers for obtaining timely procurement of materials at favorable terms       Managing timely procurement of materials against orders and work with suppliers and internal Departments  Preparing List Of Approved Vendors and Involved in reviewing PR and PO Status, keeping a constant check on stock levels  Ensuring Minimum Stock to be maintained as per Production Targets on Day-to-day basis, while keeping an eye on the available stock, forecast on Scarcity, elevated demands and emergency purchasing with the approval of management.  Compliance with Internal Auditor’s query regarding Purchase Orders and Service Contracts.
