Roles & Responsibility

Key Responsibilities: - Prepare invoices and delivery challans for all shipments dispatched from the warehouse or any other locations. - Generate and print labels for shipments leaving the warehouse. - Coordinate and arrange transportation, including vehicles and courier services for shipments. Handle pricing, contract negotiations, and ensure profitability. - Maintain regular follow-ups with drivers, transporters, and courier agencies to ensure timely delivery of materials to their respective destinations. - Collaborate with the Project Team, Service Team, and Purchase Team to facilitate efficient loading and unloading of shipments. - Organize and file all outgoing shipment documents systematically. - Perform other miscellaneous tasks and duties as assigned by senior management.
