As a SOC Analyst (L1), I monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM tools such as Splunk and ArcSight to detect and investigate potential threats. I perform incident triage, validate alerts, and escalate incidents following SOC procedures. I investigate endpoint alerts using CrowdStrike XDR and handle phishing cases through Trend Micro Email Security. My role includes monitoring Imperva WAF and DAM, supporting DLP alerts, blocking malicious IOCs, and executing containment actions like host isolation. I also participate in threat hunting, contribute to SIEM rule tuning, maintain incident documentation, and generate reports and dashboards to improve overall security operations.
