• Responsible for disbursement of payment to payroll, vendors, contractor. • Responsible for disbursement Term Loan & Working Capital. • Preparing a reconciliation statement GSTR-2A & GSTR-2B for input tax credit. • Preparation & filing of GST returns (GSTR1 and GSTR3B). • Periodic review of bank/cash reconciliation, debtors/creditors reconciliation. • Responsible for timely deduction & deposit of TDS, PF, ESI. • Responsible for maintaining and following up on details for income tax and GST assessments under the guidance of a consultant. • Coordination with various department and debtors for payment. • Preparation monthly MIS report. • Manage a team of 3 to 4 junior executives and supervising their work. • Directly reporting to managing director & CEO.
