I have worked at 360° Venus Virtual Tour as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager. My role involved creating visual content such as brochures, social media creatives, posters, and branding materials using tools like Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Canva. I also managed digital marketing activities including social media account management, ad campaign execution, and online promotion of virtual tour services. I ensured all designs aligned with brand guidelines to maintain a consistent and professional visual identity. I have also completed a certificate course in Tally, which has strengthened my understanding of basic accounting principles and day-to-day business operations. In addition to this, I have self-taught experience in customer service. I’ve learned how to handle customer queries, communicate clearly and professionally, and resolve basic issues—especially in an online work environment. I am confident in my ability to manage customer interactions with patience and a problem-solving approach, and I am now looking to apply these skills in a professional role.
