Roles & Responsibility

Business Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify and onboard viable businesses in assigned Edo State locations, assisting them to open business accounts to qualify for credit. Credit Assessment (5Cs): Analyze business cash flow, turnover, and inventory to assess creditworthiness, focusing on character, capacity, and capital. Field Visitation: Conduct physical visits to business locations to verify stock, evaluate business premises, and monitor performance. Portfolio Management & Recovery: Ensure timely repayment of loans, manage a portfolio of active loans, and initiate recovery processes for delinquent loans. Relationship Management: Act as a key liaison, educating clients on loan products and guiding them through the application process.
