Shift In-Charge, Back Office Executive – Amazon Prime Now Responsible for managing multiple online orders daily, ensuring timely preparation, packing, and dispatch to meet strict customer delivery timelines. Maintain high customer service standards with escalation resolution rate above 99%. Oversee inventory management, including Goods Received Note (GRN) processing, stowing, and dispatch coordination. Monitor and manage expired items, coordinating returns to sources efficiently. Lead team scheduling and roster management to ensure smooth shift operations and optimal workforce utilization. Demonstrate strong organizational and leadership skills to support seamless back-office functions.
