Administered AWS services to maintain secure, available production and staging environments. Monitored and troubleshooted 60+ EKS clusters by implementing RBAC and IAM policies, performing pod scaling, and resolving cluster and pod level incidents. Led Linux system administration and coordinated production server patching including scheduling, kernel/package updates, and executing root cause analysis. Containerized applications with Docker, managed images in ECR, and supported deployments to EKS/ECS for microservices. Diagnosed and remediated Jenkins and GitHub Actions pipeline failures while maintaining integrations with SonarQube and Trivy. Implemented and maintained observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Jaeger) to enable proactive monitoring.
