Sales Achievement & getting profits by dividing the targets and an tracking the sales on daily, weekly and monthly. 4.keeping store clean & tidy and maintaining display standards as per company norms. 5.Maintaining proper inward and outward of inventory ,administration work like maintaing proper attendance of staff, cash management, trade license, labour license etc. 6.Motivating staff by keeping regular meeting and training. 7.Take care of customers and staff concerns and resolving them with help of HO team.
