Handling multi-client operations - high-volume SKUs with real-time inventory visibility and minimal shrinkage. Coordinating with transporters, vendors, and regional supply chain teams to meet SLA and KPI targets. Driving cost control initiatives and improving warehouse throughput via lean practices.
