Executive – Production Department Responsible for comprehensive production planning and manpower management, overseeing a team of 8 employees operating laser, turret punching, and press machines. Proficient in SAP for workflow and inventory management. Manage raw material calculation, procurement of machine tools, and overall sheet metal department operations. Ensure efficient machine utilization, cost control, and timely reporting to senior management. Facilitate production meetings and handle administrative tasks to optimize productivity and maintain quality standards.
