My core responsibilities include:
Coordinating with hostel wardens and housekeeping/maintenance teams for smooth daily operations.
Addressing student concerns promptly to maintain a high standard of living and safety.
Preparing and submitting detailed operational reports to the client.
Assisting the Administrative Officer (AO) of DMIHER with day-to-day requirements, ensuring alignment between our services and the university’s expectations.
This hands-on experience has strengthened my skills in operations, communication, problem-solving, and client management. I am passionate about maintaining high standards in student housing and believe that a well-managed living environment contributes significantly to students’ well-being and academic success.
