Environment: SAP S/4HANA 2020 | Global Support Responsibilities & Contributions: • Managed and supported the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, including PR creation, PO processing, GR (MIGO), and IR (MIRO), ensuring smooth procurement operations for global business users across multiple regions and time zones. • Resolved complex issues related to GR/IR mismatches, duplicate postings, incorrect account assignments, valuation issues, pricing errors, and tax discrepancies, ensuring accurate financial postings. • Performed Material Master and Vendor Master configuration and corrections, including purchasing views, accounting views, partner functions, payment terms, and procurement-related attributes. • Maintained and validated Source List, Purchasing Info Records (PIR), and Outline Agreements, ensuring correct sourcing and pricing data for procurement cycles. • Configured and supported Release Strategy for PR and PO workflows, including classification setup, characteristics creation, and release codes. • Handled Account Determination (OBYC) configurations and resolved MM-FI posting issues related to GR/IR clearing, price differences, and stock valuation. • Supported integration issues across MM-FI-SD-WM, including delivery failures, invoice block errors, stock discrepancies, transfer orders, and accounting document mismatch issues. • Delivered L2/L3 support with strict adherence to business SLAs, maintaining a consistent 95%+ SLA compliance for ticket resolution, issue closure, and system availability. • Performed inventory management and stock correction activities, including transfer postings, reservation handling, return deliveries, STO (Stock Transport Order) processes, movement type analysis, and resolving quantity discrepancies.
