At Present working with Dyna Glycols Pvt Ltd. Gandhidham as a production Ju.Engineer since August 2023. 1. Here our main process are reaction of 'Ethylene oxide & Propylene oxide' Different types of Alcohol, Amine to produce alcohol and amines ethoxylate and properly. 2. Knowledge and Handling SCADA system 3. Process Monitoring and controlling, like feeding rate, reaction rate, Temperature profile in reactor, utility supply base on the plant load according to SOP. 4. Implementing Production planning and monitoring the overall functioning of the manufacturing process. 5. Experience in working of SS Reactor, Heat Exchange, Flaker, Pumps, etc. 6. Attending Safety training in organization to work with safety to maintain safe Environment in plant.
