As a Business Associate at Amazon, I supported Amazon Business (B2B) customers by resolving complex operational, billing, and purchasing-related queries. My role focused on helping business buyers manage their end-to-end procurement operations, ensuring smooth purchasing, accurate billing, and seamless use of Amazon Business tools. I handled customer queries related to Quantity Discounts, Request for Quote (RFQ), bulk ordering, Subscribe & Save, recurring deliveries, and Budget Management. I guided customers through pricing tiers, negotiated high-volume discounts via RFQ, and assisted them in automating recurring purchases to optimize cost and time. I also supported clients in setting up budgets, spending limits, and internal approval workflows to streamline procurement processes.
