I am Mohannath Shroff, an energetic food technologist from coimbatore. I had completed my bachelors in Food Technology from NIFTEM - T. Had gained hands on experience from top MNCs like ITC, Britannia a s Qualit assurance executive and production supervisor. These roles provided me with valuable exposure to Manpower handling, workflow coordination, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, implementing HACCP systems in industrial settings, daily report to production manager, conducting raw material checks and involvement in quality assurance.
Looking for a new role and growth and I am eager to contribute my technical knowledge and practical experience in the industry.
