As Manager - Operations, you will collaborate with the Regional Director to plan and execute skilling programs, ensuring timely achievement of key deliverables such as community and employer network development, enrollments, placements, and job retention across assigned centers. Lead market assessments to drive company expansion, identify and establish project locations, and oversee continuous monitoring and evaluation for project health. Mentor center staff, ensure adherence to governance standards, maintain accurate MIS and reporting, and foster strong stakeholder relationships. Drive mobilization, outreach, special initiatives, and innovation for enhanced project delivery and organizational growth.

Overall responsibility of HUB operation in Agra along with handle 5000 OFD Shipments and 900 Pickup with 26 on-roll staff and 342 Off-Roll Staff. • Responsibility for In-bound & Out-bound material. • Responsibility for timely dispatch and pickup of Shipments. • Responsibility for effective route management for pickup & delivery shipments. • Prepare and share EOD Report on daily basics. • Generate Run-Sheets and Pickup Sheets. • Taking training of the Off Role staffs & trainers who has newly joined. • Teaching them about the various service standards of the Organization
