Demonstrates strong organizational, communication, and judgment skills while balancing multiple priorities and handling confidential matters with discretion. Independently manages projects from inception to completion, supports data compilation and scheduling, oversees personnel records and time verification, and conducts research as needed. Performs additional duties as assigned to ensure seamless administrative operations.

Provided comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing calendars, appointments, meetings and daily schedules efficiently. Coordinated internal and external meetings, prepared agendas, meeting documentation and maintained official records. Accurately took dictation and drafted Minutes of Meetings.
