● Assisted in the P2P cycle: PR creation, PO follow-up, Goods Receipt (MIGO), and invoice verification (MIRO). ● Entered and processed vendor invoices in SAP using MIRO (PO-based) and FB60 (non-PO). ● Performed 3-way match (PO, GR, Invoice) and resolved mismatches by coordinating with procurement and vendors. ● Assisted in preparing payment proposals and supported vendor payment processing as per schedule. ● Conducted vendor reconciliations and escalated discrepancies for resolution. ● Generated standard AP reports (vendor aging, open items, GR/IR report) in SAP for review. ● Supported month-end closing activities, including GR/IR clearing and open item monitoring.
