Coordinate end-to-end patient care for insured (cashless) and cash-paying patients. • Verify patient insurance eligibility, policy coverage, and benefits. • Initiate and follow up on pre-authorization requests with TPAs and insurance companies. • Collect, review, and submit medical documents required for approvals and claims. • Act as a liaison between patients, doctors, hospitals, and insurance providers. • Guide cash patients regarding treatment plans, estimates, and billing procedures. • Ensure smooth admission, treatment, and discharge coordination. • Track case status and provide regular updates to patients and stakeholders. • Support billing teams with claims processing and settlement coordination. • Handle patient queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
