Assistant Vendor Manager – Vendor Management Department
Responsible for managing end-to-end vendor operations, ensuring timely purchase order processing and stock inbound at fulfillment centers. Lead vendor onboarding, negotiate pricing and margins, and strategically plan product listings. Support vendors with product catalog management, resolving shipment and data discrepancies. Maintain accurate master data and coordinate product launches with cross-functional teams. Generate detailed vendor performance reports and serve as the primary liaison for operational issue resolution. Monitor purchase order and product performance during regular and peak demand periods to optimize supply chain efficiency.
