Currently, I am working as an Export Documentation Executive, where I handle end-to-end documentation for air and sea shipments. My main responsibility is to prepare and verify documents like Bill of Lading, invoices, packing lists, and other export-related paperwork while ensuring compliance with customs regulations. I also coordinate with clients, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment processing and timely dispatch. Along with that, I handle E-way bill generation and maintain proper documentation records for audit purposes. Additionally, I track shipments and resolve any documentation-related issues to avoid delays. My focus is always on accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
